Beginner-Level I Class: 8 Weeks

For those who are have never learned Mandarin Chinese before or those who have very limited knowledge in Mandarin Chinese, our 8-week Beginner-Level I Class is the right and ideal program. This program is meticulously designed to help you not only gain the significant knowledge in Mandarin Chinese, including but not limited to the Chinese phonetics, Chinese character writing, etymology, grammar, syntax, situational dialogue etc., but also comprehend China-Western cultural differences and the Chinese business etiquette. Beginner-Level I Class paves a critical foundation for you to enter into Beginner Level II, an important phase before you achieve an Intermediate Level.

What are included in Beginner-Level I Program?

Chinese Phonetics: Initials, Finals and Four Tones

500+ Most frequently used Chinese characters and usage

Chinese character pronunciation, phrases and expressions

30+ practically-used situational dialogue

Multiple pages of hand-outs and print learning materials

A 154-page of electronic dictionary with 3000 Chinese characters in both Simplified and Traditional written forms

Audio clips for each situational dialogue to be taught in the class

Beginner-Level II Class: 8 Weeks

For those who are have previously learned Mandarin Chinese for one or two semesters and wish to upgrade their proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, our 10-week Beginner-Level II Class will be an ideal program. This program is carefully designed to help you expand and upgrade your skills in Mandarin Chinese, especially in oral communications, reading and listening comprehension, based on what you have gained from your previous studies.
