10-Session Intermediate-to-Advanced Level Mandarin Chinese Program
Our Intermediate-to-advanced level Mandarin Chinese Program is a transitional program helping learners to achieve a new milestone in their learning progress from intermediate-level to advanced level.

Learners who have accomplished Intermediate-level I, Intermediate-level II and Intermediate-level III studies will need to go through an intensified learning period so that they can further close gaps such as insufficient vocabulary, communication fluency and listening comprehension in order to achieve a higher level of proficiency.

Our Intermediate-to-advanced Level Mandarin Chinese program is geared up towards the learners who have already been in an upper intermediate level but aiming to move up to the earlier advanced level. This is a 10-session program usually taught on in a small group setting or on an one-on-one private tutoring basis.

One of the major challenges perceived in overseas Mandarin Chinese teaching in recent years lies in the excessive provision of pure-linguistic learning materials for beginner-level learners, while the food-for-thought which combines both language studies and cultural background analysis catering the  intermediate-to-advanced level learners appears to be significantly insufficient. Our featured book of Intermediate-to-Advanced Level Mandarin Chinese was published in 2013 to address the shortage on the book shelf and it has been used by dozens of learners since then.

This book  helps upper intermediate level learners to addresses their “bottleneck” in Mandarin Chinese and achieve a major breakthrough an intensive one-on-one tutoring study.

This book presents learners with cultural essence and pragmatic differences between China and the Western world, coupled with elaborations and interpretations of the impact of traditional culture and realistic environment on the mentality and behavior of Chinese people’s modern life.
